My opinion though, I would do shackles and an add-a-leaf kit before I do blocks. Especially 4" blocks.a body lift will look terrible, you will hate it i promise you. if you still can, return the body lift and get a suspension lift. your bumpers won't fit right, there will be a huge gap between your bed and your frame (and all your buddies will make fun of you for it) and you will still be stuck with the same worn out suspension. instead go with a spindle lift (since youre 2wd) and an add a leaf.
