ESPECIALLY with these ridiculous time constraint limits for building and things like that. Ideally you’ll want one with no productivity or maintenance cost debuffs. If you find one with maintenance costs below 200k, that’s about as low as it’ll go. That said, don’t expect settlements to be great money makers. I’d prioritize ideal planet and building type over the profitability.
