Ryobi battery charger blinking red and green

I have a Ryobi mower that takes 2 6ah 40v batteries. One of them is bogging down and turning off and then flashing the two green lights in the middle. Anyone had this happen to them or know what it means? Similar question posted previously... Have the same issue and can't find the problem.
